Are You Unbanked?
I don’t know if there is really such a term but it does sound like it means something, doesn’t it? I think the word “unbanked” is the perfect term for many people out there. They may not know that they are unbanked but they might very well be. You might very well be unbanked!
So what do I mean by being unbanked? Look at this person’s situation. He may or may not have a job. From time to time, he would receive a cheque or a certain amount of money. Normally, one would go to the bank to cash in the cheque. This person does not, however. He would use a cheque cashing center or some other means. He also does not have a bank account perhaps. In addition, this person may not have a good credit history. That means a lot of things when it comes to banking transactions. In short, this person is “unbanked.” Do you get the picture that I am painting?
Anyhow, so if a person is unbanked, he does not have too many options when it comes to finances. Loans would basically be inaccessible to him – at least the traditional ones. This is where an advance cash loan or a payday loan would come in very handy.
An advance cash loan is a short term loan that meant to meet short term financial needs. It is designed to give people the financial assistance they need within a very short period of time. Typically, the processing for a cash advance loan takes anywhere from a day to several days. So you can see how convenient this can be for someone who desperately needs money. This is especially significant if the borrower does not have easy access to a bank or to any other traditional financial institution – the unbanked as I have dubbed them.
Another significant thing about a cash advance loan is that cash advance loan providers are normally laxer in lending out money. I say this simply because they do not have the stringent requirements that traditional lending institutions have. One of the biggest impediments to borrowers is the credit check. In fact, a lot of people dread this process when it comes to banking transactions. This is because credit checks can make or break a loan application. The slightest mar on one’s credit history can actually be the reason for a loan application to be denied. When it comes to cash advance loans, however, credit checks are not part of the process. As such, an unbanked person with bad or no credit at all could still avail of much needed cash from a cash advance loan.
Of course, there are still some basic requirements for a cash advance loan. This would include proof of your capacity to pay, such as a pay stub or any other document. In short, a cash advance loan can be the most feasible solution to an unbanked person’s financial needs.
Do you have bad credit? Maybe you can consider yourself unbanked. Maybe it’s time for you to consider a cash advance loan.
